Are your products safe for children?
Absolutely. All our products are manufactured in compliance with CE standards (EN71-1, EN71-2, EN71-3). The raw materials used are selected from food-contact safe and carcinogen-free (BPA-free) materials. They are regularly tested in accredited laboratories.

Yes, our Orka Promotion department offers custom solutions for your brand. Whether it's logo printing on our existing molds or designing and manufacturing completely custom molds, we can accommodate your needs. Minimum order quantities vary depending on project details.

How does the shipping process work?
Our in-stock products are shipped within 1-3 business days after order confirmation. For wholesale and production orders, delivery times are communicated based on order quantity and production schedule. We deliver throughout Turkey with our contracted shipping companies.

What is your return and exchange policy?
In accordance with Consumer Law, you can return purchased products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and packaging is undamaged. Shipping costs for defective or faulty products are covered by us. Please contact us first for return requests.
